Kurt and took the Dajti Ekspres Cable Car [Teleferik] up to Mount Dajti. Whisking us up to 1230m above sea level in under 15 minutes, the Austrian-built Dajti Express cable car on the outskirts of Tirana is a fun ride. Swooping over pastures, a lake and steep rocks, the 4km route offers great views of the mountain and the city. We went for a hike in the lush forests, and ended up having our lunch at the Panorama Restaurant with nice beer, good food and great views over the valley with Tirana.
